“The simple and familiar hold the secrets of the complex and unknown.”

Today, I am grateful for all I have in this moment, my needs are met and my heart is full. 

I am learning I am not unique in the experiences I have had and it is awesomely reassuring to know I am not alone. 

I accomplished doing all of the laundry, grocery shopping, and watering the garden. 

I delighted in a nice walk with the Poebear, in reading my book, and in heart signs throughout my day.
