Today, I am grateful for friends, community, and rainbows. 

I am learning how to incorporate more play into my day. 

I accomplished asking for what I needed without shame or hesitation. 

I delighted in witnessing a blue heron take flight, in running through the sprinklers, in celebrating the summer solstice with a sound-bath at a spectacular venue, and in the way the bird songs created a beautifully unique experience.
