“I need some time off from that emotion…”


Today, I am grateful for kind, compassionate, and intelligent health care professionals that take the time to listen and share their wisdom. 

I am learning to trust the people I feel safe with and how to be completely vulnerable with them. 

I accomplished asking for help, being rigorously honest, and feeling loved and supported by my friends and chosen family. 

I delighted in yoga with people I love, in hugs, in setting up regular sessions with a new therapist, and in coming home to my sweet Poebear.
