life is meant to be lived

Today, I am grateful for the care and responsiveness of the animal control officer that helped a terrified puppy that ran across Main Street get safely back home.

I am learning how prominent and powerful my desire to control actually is.

I accomplished recognizing when my inners were angry, holding space for them to express themselves, and self-soothing.

I delighted in teaching a new class, in meeting a kindred spirit, in helping a pup find his way back home, in a cold beer with friends in the warm sunshine, and in hanging with my bestie.
