pause, pray, proceed

Today, I am grateful for the people in my life I trust, that give me the space to be me. 

I am learning what anger feels like and how to express myself when I feel angry. 

I accomplished challenging myself in my yoga practice. 

I delighted in making “lava laps” with the kiddos, in feeling heard and understood, in celebrating with a fellow traveler, and in coming home to my sweet Poebear.
