power of the pause

Today, I am grateful to be gaining a deeper understanding of the power of the pause. 

I am learning when I let go of a little control, it opens up space to relax, trust, and grow. 

I accomplished accepting help from a stranger when it was offered.  In the past, I would have insisted I didn’t need it, today I know I don’t have to do it all on my own. 

I delighted in two hummingbirds visiting me, in turning a request around quickly to support my pursuit of new income streams, in receiving positive feedback from students in my class, and in coming home to a beautifully groomed landscape.
