Today, I am grateful for self-awareness. 

I am learning how control and anxiety are intertwined.

I accomplished scheduling an appointment with a primary care practitioner, sharing feelings with a fellow traveler, and reaching out to my mentors for help. 

I delighted in a long walk with the enthusiastic Poebear, in holding space for a friend, in eating delicious fresh cut watermelon with my hands, and in a hot shower.
