strip away the fear

Today, I am grateful for family. 

I am learning how to strip away the fear one layer at a time. 

I accomplished working on getting to know my inner critic by observing and logging her activities throughout the day. 

I delighted in catching up on sleep, in sweet snuggles with the Poebear, in spending the afternoon with cousins I haven’t seen in years, and in a loving exchange with my person.
