face everything and rise.

Today, I am grateful for rain storms. 

I am learning how to face all that comes up with grace and gratitude. 

I accomplished listening to my intuition and not watering my garden which was a blessing given the sudden downpours. 

I delighted in witnessing a blue heron take flight, in farmers market, in receiving a sweet card from a student, and in making art with kids.
