you are not alone

Today, I am grateful to know I have people I can call on when I don’t want to be/feel alone.

I am learning to listen more closely when my body is telling me it really doesn’t want to do something.

I accomplished having a meltdown after my MRI and reaching out to trusted friends to share my experience.

I delighted in a frosty sunrise walk with the Poebear, in watching the early morning fog roll across the mountains, in a relaxing massage, and in connecting with my bestie.
