Self-regulate and practice restraint
Today, I am grateful a new day always follows a dark night and, if I allow it, the freshness of a new day can remove the shadows of yesterday.

I accomplished finalizing and practicing my presentation for a big community event this week.
I delighted in waking up before my alarm, in staying off social media all day yesterday, in considering the benefits of deleting my social app accounts, and in feeling excited for what’s to come.
