I am learning how to ask for clarification to ensure comprehension. 

I accomplished processing some unexpressed grief. 

I delighted in a really good cry, in rearranging my schedule to put my mental and physical health first, in giving myself time to decipher how I feel about a situation, and in devouring yummy vegan pie a la mode while watching a funny show.
