surrender to the natural rhythm of life

Today, I am grateful to be increasingly more accepting of what is. 

I am learning to continually ask for patience, and I am learning how to be ok with all of the different ways I may feel. 

I accomplished being honest with myself and someone else about how a situation made me feel and I gave myself what I needed, the space to feel the feelings. 

I delighted in a deep cry followed by an intentional moment of silence before the sun came up, in feeling the soft rain on my face, and in getting a fancy coffee before work.
