celebrate yourself

Today, I am grateful for the people who celebrate me. For the birthday wishes I received, the love I feel deep in my heart, and the pure awesomeness in sharing this wild and crazy journey we call life with wonderful souls. I am blessed. 

I am learning to get out of my head. 

I accomplished changing my birthday plans because that’s what I felt like doing. 

I delighted in all of the things…in feeling the rain on my face, in watching the Poe run, in an extra long meditation, in overwhelming messages of love, in a photo of my soul sisters cheersing to me, in being genuinely happy to be alive.
