"heal your heart with rhythm and blues"

Today, I am grateful to have people in my life that tell me I am safe and that I deserve to be loved. 

I am learning more about my PTSD and how it is triggered.

I accomplished taking care of me without guilt or shame. 

I delighted in a restorative yoga practice, in hugging friends, in a lovely chat with a soul sister, and in music therapy.
