rule your emotions and still your mind

Today, I am grateful to live the life I want and to accept that some people won't understand the path I'm carving.

I am learning how to rule my emotions so my mind can be still. 

I accomplished writing some content for my website, making it to my mat, and prepping some healthy meals. 

I delighted in laughing at a ridiculous improv show on Netflix, in the Poe resting his head on my foot, and in a good cry at the start of my yoga practice which allowed me to go even deeper during my moving meditation.
