Today, I am grateful for resources that are helping me understand parentification and how to heal from complex trauma.
I am learning how to hold space for little me and adolescent me to speak their truth, they still have a lot to say.
I accomplished making space to feel the angry, sad, and ashamed feelings that surfaced during my morning meditation. And, I accomplished self-soothing after the emotional release.
I delighted in my new moon ritual, in journaling, in seeing an osprey in it's nest, and in screaming, crying, and dancing it out.
