be still the mind

Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I know what fully relaxed feels like.  I am thankful I am doing the work that allows me to experience a day without worry, doubt, anxiety, or fear. 

I am learning how shame presents itself in my thoughts and behaviors and with this gained understanding, I am learning how to be proud of who I am and how I feel. 

I accomplished giving myself a break from planning, from future tripping.  Today, I successfully let my body, my mind, and my spirit rest. 

I delighted in writing, in passive self-reflection, and in the feeling of my bare feet on the ground.
