let technology help you, not guide you
Today, I am grateful I no longer allow technology to guide me, that I no longer jump when the phone rings, or obsessively manage my calendar, or feel a text or email requires an immediate response.
I am learning how to love myself by finding and sitting with my pain.
I accomplished actively participating in my recovery by recognizing a behavior pattern that was created out of pain and protection, attending a meeting, and sharing my feelings and experiences with my fellow travelers.
I delighted in a walk with the Poebear, in my meditation practice, in singing my heart out, and in making a new friend.
