“gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.”


Today, I am grateful for blue skies and sunshine.

I am learning how to focus on the similarities instead of the differences.  This mind shift helps me release comparison thinking and supports me in greeting myself and others with compassion. 

I accomplished being honest with myself, my higher power, and a fellow traveler about the denial I have been living in, and in admitting I have caused myself and others harm. 

I delighted in dancing in my underwear, in the joy spontaneously moving my body brings me, in sharing my story with a fellow traveler, and in feeling the sun on my face.
