"slow down and be your best"

Today, I am grateful for the people I can be my authentic self with. 

I am learning my inner child's desire to "fix it" is triggered when the people I love are in pain. 

I accomplished acknowledging when I was trying to fix a situation because I felt helpless. 

I delighted in starting my day off with a great meeting, in getting another workshop on the books, in snuggles from an adorable pit bull puppy, and in spending the afternoon connecting with my bestie.
