Today, I am grateful for signs from the universe that continue to point me towards trust and patience. 

I am learning how to welcome the unknown as an opportunity to grow. 

I accomplished reaching out to my fellow travelers when the feels were overwhelming and I was unable to quiet the inner critic. 

I delighted in seeing an osprey perched on the top of a tree, in receiving words of wisdom, in taking responsibility for my shit, in beginning to process the concept of being the “hole in the donut,” and in being ok with an uncomfortable day.
