create internal boundaries


Today, I am grateful to have a program and tools that help me recognize what I am feeling and choices for how to respond. 

I am learning how to create internal boundaries and how to recognize when I am setting a boundary with the expectation that someone else will change. 

I accomplished recognizing when I reacted with frustration, took a deep breath, and was able to appreciate the experience as an opportunity to practice patience and to accept someone I cannot change.

I delighted in a sweet yoga practice, in repeating my affirmations during Ai Chi, in reaching out to a fellow traveler when I needed to express myself, and in being of service when a friend reached out for help.
