Today, I am grateful for a spiritual program, my fellow travelers, and the tools that give me the power to let go of trying to change other people, situations, and things, and to focus on the one thing I can change which is me.
I am learning how to continually practice emotional sobriety.
I accomplished balancing work and rest.
I delighted in waking up to big, fluffy, wet snow, in working the steps with a fellow traveler, and in spending time writing.
