mistakes are inevitable

Today, I am grateful for the little miracles, like a rainstorm when I'm sick which means I don't have to water my yard or garden. 

I am learning my self-esteem can take a nosedive when I'm sick which drives me to crave unhealthy attention and affection from others.  

I accomplished being ok with submitting work projects when they hit 80% instead of 100% because the facts are: the 80% takes 20% of the time and effort, the majority of people don't even notice the difference, and no matter what mistakes are inevitable. 

I delighted in a warm compress on my eyes, in feeling supported, and in a fun recovery meeting.
