shift your perspective

Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I can take a break from work to watch a sad show and cry without guilt or shame. 

I am learning how to shift my perspective from “I have to do this,” too “I get to do this.” Life is meant to be lived, honored, and enjoyed. 

I accomplished using “noting” to bring my mind back to the present which helps me release anxious feelings.  

I delighted in the rain, in seeing a bald eagle, and in a cloud covered crescent moon.
