say yes to the process

I am grateful for my wonderfully weirdass dog. 

I am learning to say yes to the process by meeting it halfway. 

I accomplished pausing to check in with my inner family when I recognized I wasn’t experiencing any one of the 8 C’s of self-leadership. 

I delighted in laughing on my walk with the Poebear, in fellowship time after my favorite meeting, and in receiving an excited thank you text from my lil sis.
